Return & Refund Policy

At Luc and Dak Creations, we want you to be happy with your order. For return requests or order concerns, email LucandDak@gmail.com with your order number.

Personalized and custom items

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or were made incorrectly by us.

Please review spelling, capitalization, and design selections before ordering. Personalization completed exactly as submitted does not qualify as an error on our part.

Non-personalized items

We accept return requests for unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any relevant packaging. We’ll review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
